Shipping policy
At Olive Stack Gallery, we're committed to delivering your artwork safely and promptly. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Tuesday-Sarturday, excluding Irish public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched with tracking information where applicable. We use An Post to deliver artwork throughout the world. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size and weight. In-Store Pickup is available for local customers, simply choose free in-store pickup at checkout. We'll notify you by email when your order is ready for collection at our Gallery Location: 4 Main St, Listowel, Co Kerry, V31 HW30 Ireland. Pickup Hours: 10:30am - 6pm Tuesday to Saturday. Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where applicable. You can track your package through the An Post website. No additional customs fees or import duties apply for shipments within the European Union. Orders (Outside EU): Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. Please check with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing your order. All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Limited edition prints are shipped flat in rigid protective packaging, while framed paintings receive additional corner protection. Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some remote locations may have limited shipping options or extended delivery times. If you have questions about shipping to your location, please contact us before placing your order. Delivery Issues: If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed in transit, please contact us immediately at olive@olivestack.com We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your artwork. Damaged Items: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and artwork and contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund.
