About Us

Olive Stack is a lifelong artist and the founder of the Olive Stack Gallery in Listowel, Co Kerry, Ireland. Since its opening in 1998 the gallery has become an intrinsic part of the towns rich cultural fabric.

Inspired by the natural world around her Olive draws from the flora and fauna, the changing light and seasons which all feed her creative practice. Her work spans a variety of mediums including oil, watercolour, encaustic, mosaic, stone art and most recently micro mosaic.

Her latest passion lies in the creation of a new collection of micro mosaic jewellery, delicate, detailed and infused with the same love of nature that so often defines her work.

The Gallery hosts an Artists Residency, welcoming visiting artists from around the world since 2015. The residency provides a culturally rich experience for visual artists. The Olive Stack Gallery is more than an exhibition space—it's a hub for creativity, connection, and cultural exchange in the heart of Listowel.
