My love for life drawing began when I was 17, during my first year at art college. That marked the start of a lifelong love of working from life, whether it’s nature, still life, or the human figure.

I've been revisiting my sketchbooks and rediscovering a wealth of life drawings which have become the foundation for this new series of Encaustic and Mixed Media Paintings.
