Ella Kavanagh

Ella Kavanagh graduated with a B.Ed honours degree in 1982. She later chose to pursue a professional career in fine art after attending painting classes with Eoin de Leastar. Since then, Ella has exhibited extensively in both solo and group-shows throughout Ireland and internationally. Venues include the Origin Gallery and the Brown Gallery, both in Dublin, together with the Lavit Gallery in Cork, the Dyehouse Gallery in Waterford, the Collyer-Bristow Gallery, London the Okarina Gallery in Slovenia, the Galleria D'Arte in Paris and the Ganggaleria der Stadwerke in Austria. She has also exhibited works during the Royal Hibernian’s Annual Exhibitions.
Ella currently works from her studio in Clonmel, Tipperary. Her work may be seen in many public private collections, such as A.I.B., the University College of Cork, the European Disability Forum and the Department of Education head office.
